I have a thirst for knowledge and education. I have completed my Addiction Treatment Specialist diploma, Clare|Matrix Key Supervisor and Facilitator training, and I'm currently working on the Online Business Program through SaskPolytech. I balance my work life with being a dad to 2 kids and a dog.

Hi! Hi! My name is Taydem Pachal, and I am the Office Manager for Possibilities Recovery Center.
I was born and raised in Flin Flon, MB, which means I spent most of my life fishing or at the cabin!
I have always had a deep passion for mental health and addictions work and have tons of lived experience so being given the opportunity to work alongside social workers all day is a dream! Having the ability to watch people of different ages and backgrounds come in day to day looking to better their lives, and watching them leave a different version of themselves is the best job I could ask for.
I am so grateful to be a part of the team at Possibilities and am always here to lend a helping hand whenever and wherever it's needed.

I was born and raised in the Avalon neighbourhood of Saskatoon where I began seeing a school counsellor at the age of eight. I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Saskatchewan with a focus on counselling psychology and brain development. I am currently finishing my Bachelor of Social Work at the University of Regina and I plan on continuing my education to go on to achieve a master’s degree in counselling psychology. I began at Possibilities as an intern and at the end of my internship I was offered a job which I happily accepted. Working as a lead facilitator in the youth program I bring a combination of neuropsychology theory as well as counselling techniques to help participants understand and address their thoughts and feelings. I strive to make my groups feel unique, welcoming, and safe by using a trauma informed approach while curating information based on the participants experiences. I am very excited to be a part of such a special team of people that all have unique skills and perspectives.

I am an addictions counsellor here at Possibilities. I graduated from Sask Polytech in June 2023. As a person with lived experience, I have a personal understanding of addictions, which has led me to this line of work. I am passionate about recovery and I love my job! I think the best part about it is forming meaningful connections with everyone I meet. I feel grateful for having the opportunity to be a part of others' recovery journeys.

When I was 20, I didn’t know what I wanted to do with my life as I was a newly single mom. I saw a poster at a college in Warman and walked in to see what I could do. That day, I enrolled for that upcoming September to study and become a youth worker. I knew I could relate with and understand the youth, especially with my own life experiences.
After I finished school and got a full-time job working at Bethany home in Saskatoon, to my surprise, I was expanding my family and in 2017 I got married. I was a stay-at-home mom and ran a successful day home in my home for over 10 years. There's nothing more rewarding than watching kids grow. My passion is working with children and being there to brighten anyone’s day. When I closed my day home, I got a job at a local daycare centre in Warman. I was the preschool assistant and after school program coordinator.
A couple years ago I decided that I needed a change in my career. I wasn’t getting any younger and went to work with seniors. I loved every minute. Deep down I missed working with kids, especially being there for all the milestones and building the relationships.
I am so thankful for this opportunity to be a part of this amazing team. I look forward to meeting everyone and excited for this new chapter of my life.

I was born and raised on Treaty 6 territory and have lived in both rural and urban settings, so I have a keen understanding of the ups and downs experienced when you grow up in small-town Saskatchewan! I have been living in Saskatoon for the past 10 years and currently reside here with my husband and our two cats.
I am a Registered Social Worker with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers. I was drawn to this work after coming out on the other side of my own mental health journey. There were a couple of counsellors I had along that journey that made a very big impact on my life and I am forever grateful for the connection I had with them. In my work, I strive to be that point of connection for others and to be a safe space where they are heard, valued, and respected.
In my free time, I like to spend time with my family, friends, and my cats. I like to paint with watercolors, and I love crafting in general. Music is also a big part of my life – there were times I felt like no one understood what I was going through but even then, I found music to connect with.
I am excited to be part of the amazing team at Possibilities and excited to learn and grow alongside the team and the participants.

Hello everybody, my name is Shea Stevenson. I am a Clinical Therapist here at Possibilities Recovery Center. I was born and raised in Saskatoon. I am very passionate about Mental Health and want to make a positive change in people’s lives. I have experience with Grief and Mental Health throughout my life. I visited a Clinical Therapist and recognized the benefits and the positive impact it had on my life. From these experiences in my life, I realized that I want to help people similar to how I received help. This is where my passion for Social Work begun. My passion for helping others continues to grow while practicing techniques like CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. In my work with the Youth Program I practice a Trauma Informed Approach and provide a safe, welcoming, and joyful environment.
I have completed a Bachelors Degree in Social Work. I want to eventually pursue a Masters Degree in Social Work. In my final practicum as a Social Work student I was placed at Possibilities Recovery Center. When my practicum came to an end it was an easy decision to accept the job at Possibilities Recovery Center. As my career begins, I never want to stop learning and I want to continue to work my hardest on providing services that will benefit participant’s wellbeing. I am so excited to be a part of the team here at Possibilities and I look forward to meeting you.

I was born and raised in Saskatoon, on Treaty 6 territory, and was connected with Possibilities as a practicum student through the University of Regina’s Social Work program, the end of which saw me hired on as a full-time clinician.
I have a background in theater from the University of Saskatchewan’s Drama Department, and have used this previous degree to influence my work at Possibilities. I have always been drawn to the arts and to working with people - due to lived experience with both myself and family members, I ended up in Addictions wanting to help fill in the gaps I experienced as a child. I am a strong advocate for harm reduction and outpatient services, and I find myself particularly drawn to Anti-Oppressive Practice, Strengths Theory, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
Outside of work, I love to spend time with my two cats, Bottles and Diddy. I also love to cook, travel, and spend time up north at my family’s cabin.
