Programs

Youth Age 14-21 Intensive Outpatient Mental Wellness Program
The first Youth Intensive Outpatient program in Saskatchewan. Group program begins after school at 4:00-5:30 or 2:30-4:00 for those out of school – 3 days per week for 12-weeks, so they can gain the tools needed to live a life in recovery from substance misuse, self harm, distorted eating, etc. without having to endure any shame from their peers with uprooting their life for an inpatient stay.

Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program - Adults 18+
At Possibilities, we use an Evidence-Based treatment model delivered in an outpatient setting. This gives us the ability to support each individual for the long term while addressing concerns associated with real life all while the individual continues living. Using Evidence-Based tools like CBT, DBT, and MI we equip our clients with the tools needed to overcome the roots issues leading to substance use.

Aftercare Program
One of the biggest reasons people turn back to old habits is they do not have the support they require to overcome the challenges they are facing.
We want to be the support you’re missing. If you are just completing inpatient treatment and want support through the early stages of recovery, this post-treatment program could be just what you need.

Women’s Intensive Outpatient Addiction Treatment Program (WIOP)
Possibilities Recovery Center provides a 12-week addiction treatment program for women. This program is designed for women that live with addiction or problematic substance use that have faced: domestic violence, sexual violence, criminal justice involvement, ministry involvement, etc.
